Yum Cha was the reason why Hong Kong came back on my radar after 20 years. I saw a picture of those piggy pork buns a year ago and I said: I need that in my life. So when I found out that Yum Cha was in Hong Kong, I thought that perhaps it's time for me to do a pilgrimage back to the motherland. Naturally, this was my first lunch reservation.
