I opted to stay in a serviced apartment for this trip as it was cheaper than a hotel of lesser quality and the area was extremely central to getting around Hong Kong. You get cleaning service daily (weekends excepted) and it has a view as it's on top of a hill (lots of stairs). Which also means, you will have to take a taxi there and out with your luggage due to the very steep hills. It was a few minutes' walk to the MTR and 20 minutes' walk to Central. You even have a tiny kitchen with utensils and kitchenware. Make sure you hit the heater button by the lights to get hot water for your shower.
