Pink Mamma. Paris. France. 7.4.2018.

Although Pink Mamma is a trattoria (Italian), it was high on my list of places to check out in Paris. Conveniently, it was also near my hotel. They do not take reservations so you need to show up at least 30 minutes before they open to get a table for the evening. I would highly recommend you go on the earlier side so you can get a table at the top most level like we did. My favorite was the truffle pasta dish. It is family style so it's great to go with a group.

@pinkmammarestaurant was another great one I got to try in Paris. It also happened to be near my hotel. The food, the decor and the vibe were all very excellent. PS: it’s Italian.
