My first ramen in Japan would be Ichiran. Mostly because it's 24 hours and we got up extremely early, but also because it is one of the best in Tokyo. So we headed to Shibuya. We spaced on getting the empty Shibuya Crossing shot as we were very tired. It was very quiet that early in the morning as opposed to later in the day where it is completely filled with people. You order the ramen through a vending machine and you give them the ticket and then the ramen comes to you in your booth. I thought I ordered wakame (seaweed) but obviously I had no idea what I was doing at the machine so I didn't get it.
