APA SF & Apple Present: AMY YVONNE YU. 1.23.1204. Free Admission.

Hello lovelies!

Hope 2014 has been good to you so far! I have been invited by APA and Apple to do a lecture at the Apple store on Thursday 1.23.2014. This will be my annual publicity. The lecture is going to be very entertaining indeed. I will also be discussing some very secret projects I have been working on last year that will be going live soon. And at the end you will be given an opportunity to ask me anything. The best question will win a prize. Hope to see you there!

Promises for Amy. Steve Smith (Dirty Vegas).

So my friend Steve Smith (lead singer of Dirty Vegas) released a solo album this year. It was entirely funded by Pledge Music. I was a backer, and one of the things I got for funding it was an exclusive acoustic recording. I have decided to share it with everyone with Steve's permission, so here it is. I had Steve choose whichever song he wanted to record as an acoustic from his album. I hope you love it as much as we do! Happy holidays! Please feel free to share it with whoever you’d like!

How can I tell you
How can I tell you
What you mean to me
To make you see
How can I show you
How can I show you
Everything that’s real
To me
I give you promises to keep
Promises of a love so deep
So deep
Promises promises
How can I save you
How can I save you
From a broken heart
That tears you apart
How can I teach you
How can I teach you
What is right from wrong
To be strong
I give you promises to keep
Promises of a love so deep
So deep
Promises promises

Nightmares on Wax. Mezzanine. San Francisco. California. 11.29.2013.

I have been a huge fan of Nightmares on Wax since the 90s. This was the first time I have ever seen them. I thought it was just a DJ set. But when I showed up and realized it was a live show, I was very excited. This may be the BEST live show I have ever been to ever. And I have been to more live shows than most people in general. I have not felt such love and positive energy like that since a Body and Soul party at WMC, or when I saw Florence + the Machine the first time. What an incredible experience! Do them a favor and help out with Last Night a DJ Saved My Life's Ibiza Heart Project in whichever way you can so we can get more clean drinking water out there for those who need it. Thank you!
