Trattoria ZàZà. Florence. Italy. 5.6.2017-5.7.2017.

Trattoria ZàZà is one of my favorites in Florence. In fact, I tend to eat here multiple times when I am there. I went there both times during truffle season. There is a hefty truffle menu, which I wholeheartedly recommend. I met this Australian couple on my second day at Palazzo Pitti and I was telling them about it. Hilariously, I was seated in the table next to them that night at dinner. Their plates were completely cleaned and they were already planning another meal there while in Florence. I ended up buying a few of their products to bring home to cook with as well.
