Sobanomi Yoshimura. Kyoto. Japan. 11.17.2018.

We decided to get soba upon arriving in Kyoto. As Sobanomi Yoshimura makes it fresh and was on my must list. They make fresh soba downstairs and you can get a tasting of different types of soba, which is what I would recommend. Seeing that we were a little fooded out, we opted for the cold vegetarian soba.  Suffice to say, if you don't like slimey texture, do not get it as the okra was incredibly slimey, even I had trouble with it.
