This is my friend Claire's bakery in London. I have not seen her since the Edible Selby book launch event here in San Francisco! Violet Cakes is one of the best bakery in London as Claire was the pastry chef at Chez Panisse. She is currently doing a US tour of her new cookbook, The Violet Bakery Cookbook.
