I really enjoyed this restaurant in Paris. In fact, this may be my second favorite after my meal at Kei. A typical French bistro, but with amazing food.

Le Mini Tartare de Bœuf: aux saveurs d'Asie, mesclun
Le Crabe: en charlotte crémeuse à la chair de crabe, spaghettis de concombres
La Magret de Canard: entier rôti, fricassée de légumes frais (pois gourmands, carottes, pleurotes, radi rose), jus brun
La Côte de Veau: rôtie au thym, pommes charlottes fondantes, sauce aux morilles
The Crayfish: tartare with lime zest, mesclun
Mini Beef Tartare: the flavors of Asia, mesclun
Crab: in creamy crabmeat charlotte, cucumber spaghetti
The Duck Breast: Whole roast stewed vegetables (peas, carrots, mushrooms, pink radical), brown juice
The Veal: roasted with thyme, apple charlotte melting, morel sauce
