This begins our surreal Friday the 13th experience in Rome. The Pantheon may be the oldest building I will ever be in. The original (which burnt to the ground in 80 AD) was commissioned by Marcus Agrippa during the reign of Augustus (27 BC - 14 AD). The current one was rebuilt by Hadrian (117-138 AD). None of these images were manipulated. The light was perfection from the oculus.
